WHAT IS GEONET
GeoNET is a Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) network owned and operated by GeoTek PR from San Juan, Puerto Rico. A network of permanently installed GNSS reference stations broadcasts real-time RTK differential corrections via NTRIP to any compatible receiver on the island — regardless of brand.
Instead of deploying and managing your own base station on every project, GeoNET provides the correction infrastructure. You focus on the survey. We maintain the network.

Select the Regular or AlphaGEO plan. Complete payment via PayPal and your GeoNET NTRIP credentials are issued within one business day. No contracts. Cancel anytime.
Enter the GeoNET NTRIP server address, port, and your credentials into your GNSS receiver. GeoTek PR provides step-by-step setup guides for all major brands. Setup takes under 5 minutes.

FAQ
GeoNET works with any GNSS receiver that supports Network RTK via NTRIP — including Trimble, Leica, Topcon, Sokkia, CHC, South, Hi-Target, and all AlphaGEO models. If your receiver can connect to an NTRIP caster, it works with GeoNET.
GeoTek PR issues credentials within one business day of confirmed payment. For AlphaGEO plan subscribers, a brief equipment verification is required first.
Use “AUTO” as the mountpoint. This automatically selects the nearest reference station based on your GGA position data. Make sure your receiver is configured to send GGA messages — this is required for AUTO to work correctly.
For optimal performance, maintain a distance of 25 km or less from the nearest reference station. Beyond this range, accuracy may degrade. GeoNET’s network density is designed so that most of Puerto Rico falls within this optimal range.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once issued but are not auto-renewed without your authorization. Contact sales@geotekpr.com to manage your subscription.
